Jacob Morris
Jacob Morris is the dedicated owner and lead project manager, spearheading remodeling projects across the Rochester, Geneva, and Syracuse areas. With 15 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and flooring, Jacob's expertise is highlighted by his tenure managing $1 million remodel projects for a national firm. His passion for craftsmanship and commitment to excellence ensure the successful execution of every project to the client's satisfaction.
Director of Business Operations & Lead Design Coach
Becca Morris
With over two decades of experience in higher education administration, Becca Morris is the Director of Business Operations at JM Remodeling and the Lead Design Coach at FLX Kitchen + Bath Studio. For all projects, she adeptly handles project scheduling, billing, bookkeeping, payroll, and marketing initiatives, leveraging her expertise in occupancy management to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction. With new clients, Becca works to make sure the FLX and JM team understand a client's vision, and provides perspective and product selections to make that vision a reality. Becca's dedication to excellence and innovative solutions drives the success of our projects and business endeavors.

Shelle Basilio-Murray
Shelle comes to JM with a remarkable ability to connect with clients to identify their needs and find the most cost-effective way to maximize their project. Most clients will work with Shelle while initially identifying their needs!
Operations Associate
Will Barile-Swain
After spending time as an apprentice learning the trade in Summer 2026, Will continues to offer general administrative assistance, organizing supplies and materials, managing expenses, and assisting however they can!

Steve Murphy
A Rochester native and professional firefighter, Steve brings his "helper mindset" to every job, and focuses on details. Steve started with JM Remodeling in March 2024.
Project Lead
Gustavo "Goose" Sepulveda
Goose brings valuable experience to the site crew team. Prior to joining JM, he was an Electrical Apprentice in North Carolina, as well as a Residential Construction Apprentice. Goose joined JM in May 2024, and quickly was promoted to a Project Lead, leading first phases of our renovation projects, including site preparation and demo.
